The requirements of using environment for fine carving machine
1, the temperature
◆ the working environment temperature of the engraving machine is required to be 5°C-40°C.
◆ in order to ensure that the accuracy is stable within the guaranteed value, the ambient temperature should be better within 15°C to 30°C, and an air conditioner should be installed when the temperature exceeds 30°C.
2, humidity
◆ when the ambient temperature is 40°C, the relative humidity shall be ≤ 50%RH, and no condensation is allowed; When the ambient temperature is lower than 20°C, the relative humidity is ≤ 90%RH and does not condense.
◆ should avoid the use of precision carving machine in humid environment, to prevent electrical components short circuit failure.
3, a lightning strike
◆ in areas with frequent lightning, the installation environment of the carving machine should provide certain lightning protection measures, such as the installation of lightning socket, the carving machine power from the lightning socket lead out.
◆ in the absence of lightning protection measures, lightning weather must not use the precision carving machine, and disconnect the power supply of the control cabinet otherwise it may be struck by lightning.
4. Surroundings
◆ machine tools can not be installed in direct sunlight, and away from oil, dust, corrosive gases.
◆ stay away from equipment with high vibration, such as punch, and keep at least one meter away from other equipment (or walls).
5. Requirements for the ground
◆ the ground should be stable and firm, the height difference should not be more than 10mm, 150mm thick C15 concrete should be poured on the ground to maintain stability.
◆ before installation, the user shall consult the construction unit to ensure that the ground has enough load-bearing capacity to ensure that the ground bears the weight of the carving machine.
